Waipua Gardens is an artist owned business selling tillandsia creations at retail locations and at local markets here on Kaua'i and throughout Hawai'i! Aloha, my name is Kalena Pacheco and I was raised here on beautiful Kaua'i in Kalihiwai on the North Shore! I am inspired by the beauty around me to source and create one-of-a-kind handmade pieces that incorporate both air plants and a beachy and bohemian lifestyle! The shells I use are either sustainably farmed or gathered here on our amazing Kaua'i beaches. I also try to incorporate recycled/repurposed/reused materials in my creations whenever I can as a small way of keeping waste out of our local landfills and out of our oceans!
